For you who have completed two or more beginners courses before. The course contains physical yoga, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation. During this course we expand the techniques we’ve worked with earlier. The course is progressive, which means that you will build on the practices learned in the previous weeks.



Experienced Course

The experienced classes are for those who have attended our classes before. If you have done at least two courses with us either online or at the school, then you are welcome to join our experienced classes. Please note: you will be asked to join the beginners course if you have not been to our classes before. We teach many different techniques including breathing exercises and meditation that you should have had a good amount of experience with before attending the experienced classes.

Each class will contain asanas, pranayama, relaxation and meditation techniques. We will go deep and experience meditative states that will give inspiration and energy to your daily life.

You will benefit most, if you come every week – in other words, your interest and attendance will affect how much you get out of the course. With regular practice, the methods you will learn on the course can have a profound positive impact on your life.
