Yoga and Meditation courses in English in central Copenhagen

We offer several courses in yoga and meditation taught in English per semester in the city centre in Købmagergade 65, close to the Round Tower. Each class is composed as a harmonious sequence of different techniques. You will learn physical yoga exercises, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, concentration and meditation techniques.

The Courses

Most of the courses will last for 2hrs and 15mins. They are regular classes you will attend each week, where you learn many techniques taken from the Tantric Tradition. These will include practises that bend and stretch the body, work with your breath and bring you into deeper states.

Morning Yoga

Starting at 7am – 8.30am, the class will give energy and calm to take with you for the rest of your day.

Source of Energy

The meditation Source of Energy is based on a breath that releases tension and gives energy – and you gradually discover some of the body’s central energy currents and chakras. You also learn how to use a mantra that further deepens the practise and increases concentration.

Next course starts 9th of March. The teaching runs at 19.30 – 21.00 over 5 times. You are welcome to come the first time as an introduction if there is space and then decide if you want to join the course. For more info and to enroll, click here.
